Program Timeline
The Discover Program runs over 4 weeks, with each week dedicated to a key phase of career exploration.
Discover Yourself
You will kick off the program by diving deep into professional self-assessments tools like CliftonStrengths. Through guided reflection and expert support, you'll gain insight into your unique strengths, personality traits, and values.
Explore Your Skills & Purpose
You'll build your employability portfolio, define your career purpose, and explore education and career pathways. This is where you complete hands-on activities to develop skills like coding, data analysis, or creative writing based on Week 1 assessments.
Career Exploration & Practical Skills
You'll explore different career options and learn the steps it takes to get there from education requirements to practical experience. By the end of this week, you'll be building a clear roadmap for both university and career.
Application Skills & Future Planning
Time to bring it all together. You'll learn to master job/internship applications, conduct professional interviews, and improve professional communication. You'll also build a personalized academic and career roadmap, refine your exploration plan, and align pathways with your goals.
