If you’re a high school senior, junior, or even sophomore, you’re almost certainly thinking about college — and let’s be honest, the process has become incredibly complex.
From building a college list and decoding EA, ED, REA, and RD, to framing yourself in the Common App and nailing interviews, it’s overwhelming. We’ve been in your shoes, and we can help.
The Crimson Coaching Academy is a one-week application boot camp held on Harvard’s beautiful Cambridge campus, running weekly from June through August.
You’ll leave with a completed Common App you’re proud of, having received hands-on instruction and insider tips from Harvard students and admissions officers alike. Need-based financial aid is available for domestic and international students.

Every day runs 9AM–5PM on Harvard’s historic campus, staffed by multiple tutors to answer questions in real time. Each day builds on the last.
We run 11 weeks of programming each summer, designed to fit your schedule. Dates for Summer 2027 are being finalized.
Schedule a consultation and we’ll let you know the moment 2027 dates are released.
CCA alumni and their families often tell us investing in this program is one of the best decisions they ever made.
Tuition is $1,800, with early-application discounts and generous need-based financial aid available.
Designed for high school students in grades 10–12 preparing for the college application process.
Our instructors are current Harvard students who were accepted to many of the country’s top schools. They know exactly what these processes demand and share the strategies that got them there.
No one-size-fits-all curriculum. We keep cohorts small and get to know what makes you shine, so instruction flexes to your strengths and targets what’s actually holding you back.
You’ll build friendships with driven peers from around the world and stay connected to the Harvard mentors who guided you — a community and support network that lasts long after the program ends.
