Harvard Student Agencies exists to bridge students from every background with Harvard’s undergraduates. Through The Academies, we open Harvard-quality exploratory courses that transcend the traditional classroom. Through HSA Tutoring, we pair students with passionate Harvard mentors for personalized academic support, standardized-test preparation, and college-admissions guidance.

HSA launches its tutoring service, running weekend group classes across the Boston area — including its very first test-prep course, The SAT SOS.
Private tutoring is added, establishing the mentorship-based model that HSA Tutoring is known for today.
HSA Tutoring becomes HSA’s newest agency and, within months, its fastest-growing sector.
The Summer Business Academy launches under HSA Tutoring — the seed that would grow into The Academies.
Expanded outreach powers HSA’s first international program: a college-counseling camp in Singapore.
The Academies is established as an independent agency within HSA, and HSA Tutoring works with over 4,000 students through a new online-first model.
